Duration
The Persuasive Instructor is a 1-day or 1.5-day program. It can be facilitated as two or three 1/2-day programs a few days apart or one or two weeks apart. One hour of pre-workshop learning is required (includes videos and a brief comprehension quiz).
Options
The Persuasive Instructor is facilitated in-person or virtually using Zoom.
Workbook
Virtual sessions – participants will receive a comprehensive workshop manual (PDF) a few days before the workshop begins.
In-person sessions – participants will receive a comprehensive paper workshop manual on the day of the in-person workshop.

Engage your class and facilitate learning
A large part of the workshop will be spent designing your course. Each practice builds on the next by incorporating feedback. This process will enable you to greatly improve your persuasive instructor skills.
You will be essentially integrating your ideas, concepts, theory, experience and expertise into an engaging workshop. Ask yourself what are the most difficult challenges that your audience will face that you can solve? How can you demystify difficult concepts and offer solutions?
What are your areas of expertise that you are going to speak about? How will you engage the class and promote your skills, expertise, practice and theory that keeps the class engaged and wanting to learn?
The Persuasive Instructor program will help you teach in a way that inspires, informs and influences your class to eagerly adopt new learning.
The Persuasive Instructor workshop will help you:
