Dene Rossouw, BTh, CEC, is the Learning Facilitator at Team Possibil, where he helps leaders strengthen their influence, spark innovation, and bring out the best in their teams.
With extensive experience facilitating hundreds of leadership and communication programs across Africa and Canada, Dene is known for transforming complex ideas into practical, actionable strategies that create real impact in the workplace.
Dene has created a free YouTube education channel called Confident Canadians to help newcomers and immigrants to Canada with essential business and communication skills.
